Refund Policy

Note: This policy applies to all Vietnam E-visa service orders placed via GoVietnamGlobal. For questions, contact orders@govietnamglobal.com.

2. Refund scenarios

Government fee ($25 single-entry / $50 multiple-entry): Once your application has been submitted to the Vietnamese authorities' system, the E-visa government fee is non-refundable under Vietnamese regulations — including if the application is refused. The refunds in Section 2 apply to the TVK service fee only.

3. Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act compliance

Per Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률), Korean customers have a statutory right to cancel within 7 days of order purchase:

  • Cancel before service performance begins (before document review): 100% refund, no questions asked
  • Service partially performed: Refund prorated, with deduction for work completed (subject to detailed breakdown on request)
  • Visa already approved / delivered: 7-day cooling-off does NOT apply per Article 17(2) — service has been "completed"

Korean customers may file refund disputes with the Korean Consumer Agency (한국소비자원) if not resolved within 14 days of request.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email orders@govietnamglobal.com with subject "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include: order number, payment method, reason for refund, applicable scenario from Section 2
  3. We respond within 1 business day (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 KST) with refund decision
  4. Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method
  5. PayPal refunds: instant. Toss Payments refunds: 3-7 business days. Bank transfers: 5-10 business days.

5. Payment disputes

If there's any issue with a payment, please contact us first at orders@govietnamglobal.com; we're committed to resolving every refund request fairly and quickly. You retain full rights to dispute with your payment provider and to file a complaint under applicable consumer-protection law if needed.
